Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Scoring Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate responses to test questions by Texas teacher candidates
• Internalize scoring standards and engage in consensus scoring activities
• Recognize and discuss various types of bias and implement strategies to reduce them in scoring

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of teaching experience in the subject area in Texas
• Experience teaching the subject or related courses in a Texas classroom within the past three years
• Reside in the state of Texas
• Hold a bachelor's degree
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
