Texas Licensed Secondary Math Teacher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secondary Teacher, Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for grades 9-12
• Utilize various online teaching strategies and resources to support diverse learning styles
• Conduct live virtual classes and provide individualized support to students while maintaining regular communication with students and parents

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field
• A valid Texas Teacher Certification with Secondary Mathematics endorsement (Grades 7-12 or 8-12)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a virtual learning environment
• Strong knowledge of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for secondary mathematics
• Proficiency in using technology for instruction and assessment
