Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for service requests, the full-time remote Global Security Systems Service Desk Analyst will ensure the stability and performance of enterprise physical security systems by managing incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting, and coordinating field responses as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming service requests related to physical security systems through various communication channels
  • Perform advanced triage and root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve system issues, minimizing onsite dispatch
  • Monitor system health and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex or recurring issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or security systems service operations
  • Proven experience with physical security systems, including access control and CCTV technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network-connected systems
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent incidents with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as APEX or Jira Service Management
