Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Insurance.

• Handle various policy-related tasks including endorsements, audits, and invoicing

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing required; professional designation (CISR) preferred
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
