Texas Licensed Senior Account Executive
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of mid-market and small group accounts, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Account Executive will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned employer groups and their brokers, while also mentoring less-tenured Account Executives and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve complex account issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full account lifecycle for assigned employer groups, including onboarding, renewals, and retention strategies
- Act as a resource for other Texas Account Executives, assisting in onboarding and standardizing best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex account issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager in group health insurance
- Demonstrated experience managing mid-market and small group accounts in Texas
- Working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and Texas Insurance Code requirements
- Strong track record of renewal retention and broker relationship management
- State Health, Life and Variable Annuity license
