Job Summary

Providing strategic guidance to key client groups, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Account Manager will manage policy audits, proposals, and renewals for private equity clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Participate in the retention of renewal business by preparing specifications and underwriting data
  • Review current policies and recommend placement options, ensuring clients have continuous and proper coverage
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering personal accountability and consistent communication
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines client management
  • Valid State P&C brokers' license
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in insurance agency management systems, preferably AMS 360 and Work Smart
  • Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting and coverage analysis
