Job Summary
Providing strategic guidance to key client groups, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Account Manager will manage policy audits, proposals, and renewals for private equity clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the retention of renewal business by preparing specifications and underwriting data
- Review current policies and recommend placement options, ensuring clients have continuous and proper coverage
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering personal accountability and consistent communication
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines client management
- Valid State P&C brokers' license
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems, preferably AMS 360 and Work Smart
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting and coverage analysis
