Texas Licensed Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the financial close process and manage accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and financial reporting for the Texas entity
• Manage payroll accounting processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Support audits, tax compliance, and collaborate with internal teams on accounting issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent preferred)
• 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a mix of public and private companies
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, especially regarding revenue recognition and financial reporting
• Proven ability to collaborate with outsourced teams and internal departments
