Texas Licensed Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Private Equity Fund Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily journal entries and assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages and financial statements
• Prepare capital call calculations and distribution notices for investors, and manage client investor portals
• Coordinate special projects and support auditors during the audit process

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field required
• CPA license (or in process) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, investment banking, or financial services
• Strong research and analytical skills with knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Knowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software is a plus
