Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney for its Fossil Fuels Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex cases and manage the full range of litigation tasks
• Develop innovative legal strategies and theories
• Train and mentor junior attorneys while building effective relationships with clients and partners

Required Qualifications

• Admitted to or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar
• 6+ years of litigation experience, preferably in environmental and administrative law
• Experience with the Clean Air Act is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to public interest work and environmental advocacy
• Desire to promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture
