Job Summary
Driving the Mainframe Transformation Program, the Texas Licensed Senior Business Analyst will lead advanced business analysis initiatives, gather and document requirements, and support data migration in a fully remote, long-term opportunity with potential renewals through 2030.
Key responsibilities
- Lead advanced business analysis for complex hardware/software transformation initiatives
- Gather, reverse engineer, and document requirements for legacy RRC systems and emerging platforms
- Oversee user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in business process/workflow analysis and technical documentation on software development projects
- Deep expertise analyzing RRC legacy systems and proficiency with RRC's Texas RBDMS Oil & Gas regulatory system
- Advanced English communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and prototyping/screen mock-up tools (Axure, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator)
