Texas Licensed Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing consulting firm, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Civil Engineer will oversee the design of civil engineering projects for water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities, collaborating with teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and creation of civil engineering plans, specifications, and reports for various projects
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, laws, and permits while supervising site investigations and utility coordination
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members and support business development activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineering license in Texas or ability to obtain through reciprocity
• Experience in municipal and/or industrial civil design, particularly in water or wastewater sectors
• Proficiency in standard engineering software and tools, including Microsoft Office and civil engineering calculation software
