Job Summary
Leading the investigation and resolution of complex commercial property claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Claims Examiner will manage claims analysis, verify coverage, and guide customers through critical moments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and manage claims by verifying coverage and gathering pertinent information to determine exposure
- Maintain action plans for timely resolution in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Communicate decisions clearly and professionally while addressing coverage issues and potential fraud
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Texas Adjuster License
- Ability to obtain the Associate in Claims designation within two years or the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation within three years of hire
