Job Summary
Managing high-exposure workers' compensation claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Claims Representative will lead investigations, mentor junior adjusters, and collaborate across departments to drive strategic outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex claims involving significant financial exposure and legal intricacies
- Develop and oversee return-to-work strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead investigations into fraud cases and negotiate settlements with legal teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- 7-10 years of claims handling experience, particularly in Workers' Compensation
- Associate in Claims (AIC), AIM, or CPCU designation preferred or ability to obtain
- Texas All-Lines license preferred
- Valid driver's license required
