Job Summary
Managing high-exposure workers' compensation claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Claims Representative will lead investigations into coverage and fraud, mentor junior adjusters, and collaborate across departments to drive strategic outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee complex claims involving significant financial exposure and conduct advanced investigations into coverage and compensability
- Develop comprehensive return-to-work strategies and ensure precision in benefit calculations for high-exposure claims
- Lead investigations into fraud cases and negotiate complex settlements in partnership with legal teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- 7-10 years of claims handling experience, with a focus on Workers' Compensation
- Associate in Claims (AIC), AIM, or CPCU designation preferred or ability to obtain
- Texas All-Lines license preferred
- Valid driver's license required
