Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and examine public records to determine a property's status of title
• Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages and deeds
• Make insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct commercial title experience specifically in Texas
• Strong understanding of the general title process and related documentation
• Experience with Title Data Plant, Integrity Plant, and Deed Plotter
• Good research and investigation skills, with an understanding of legal terms and developments
