Job Summary

Experienced strategy consultants will find a part-time remote opportunity as a Texas Licensed Senior Consultant, focusing on building realistic consulting project environments, designing structured tasks for AI agents, and defining evaluation criteria for training AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed project scenarios grounded in real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that reflect real consulting work, such as market sizing and operational diagnosis
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards, developing grading frameworks and rubrics for AI output evaluation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• Independent and self-directed working style
• Proficient in clear written English (B2+ level)
