Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for practice management businesses, addressing various legal issues in healthcare
• Offer healthcare regulatory advice related to physician practice arrangements
• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance business performance and data governance

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant legal healthcare experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
• Significant experience in fraud and abuse laws, transactions, and contract negotiations
• Juris Doctor Degree with excellent academic credentials
• Member of a state bar in good standing
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available
