Texas Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to manage litigation and provide leadership in insurance defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively with the team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Texas
• 8+ years of litigation experience, with significant civil litigation and trial experience
• Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities and insurance defense matters
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and staff
