Texas Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships in a dynamic legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all facets of litigation, including trials and depositions
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys and staff

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active Texas bar license
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in civil litigation and trial preparation
• Significant experience in insurance defense matters
• Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
