Job Summary
Serving as the primary legal architect for M&A integration, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Counsel will manage the end-to-end legal integration of acquired companies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global legal standards, while being based in Austin, TX or potentially working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the legal lifecycle by project managing the integration of acquired entities and coordinating across functional leads
- Drive integration strategy by partnering with Corporate Development to identify risks and influence the integration roadmap
- Serve as the central legal point of contact, ensuring integration milestones are met and facilitating executive outreach
Required qualifications
- J.D. and active State Bar membership in good standing
- 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration and legal operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Extensive experience in SaaS and commercial technology transactions, with a strong understanding of global privacy laws
- Proven ability to design commercial integration frameworks and manage operational transitions for acquired teams
- Exceptional project management skills and a passion for process improvement
