Texas Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while providing leadership and mentoring to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and client communications
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys and staff

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved law school
• Active bar license in Texas
• 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably with civil litigation and trial experience
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience in insurance defense matters is preferred
