Texas Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

To support Procore's M&A efforts, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Counsel will lead the legal integration of acquired companies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global legal standards while managing associated risks, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage the end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Procore standards
• Partner with Corporate Development to identify integration risks during due diligence and influence the integration roadmap
• Serve as the central legal contact between various teams, ensuring integration milestones are met and providing updates to leadership

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active State Bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration and legal operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
• Extensive experience in complex SaaS transactions and a strong understanding of global privacy laws
• Proven ability to design commercial integration frameworks and manage change effectively
• Exceptional project management skills with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
