Texas Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage litigation cases, handle court appearances, and mentor junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that values outcomes over facetime.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Texas
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
