Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage litigation cases, including court appearances and trials, while providing leadership to junior attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active bar license in Texas
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
