Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and mentoring junior attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes that counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in Texas
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in deposition and trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
