Texas Licensed Senior Counsel
Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and depositions
- Provide mentorship and leadership to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in Texas
- 8+ years of litigation experience, with significant civil litigation and trial experience
- Experience in insurance defense matters and managing full case responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
