Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in Texas
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience managing full case responsibilities, including discovery and trial
