Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while providing leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff narratives
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation and court appearances
- Foster relationships with clients and guide less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active Texas bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
