Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-stakes litigation cases, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that supports remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in Texas
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial phases
