Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage litigation cases, including court appearances and trials, while fostering client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in Texas
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
- Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
