Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, M&A

Job Summary

To support the legal integration of acquisitions, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, M&A will manage the end-to-end legal lifecycle of acquired entities, ensuring alignment with global legal standards in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the legal integration of acquired companies, coordinating with various functional teams to ensure alignment with Procore standards
• Drive integration strategy by partnering with Corporate Development during due diligence to identify and mitigate integration risks
• Serve as the central legal contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and ensuring integration milestones are achieved

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active State Bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration and legal operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
• Extensive knowledge of complex SaaS transactions and global privacy laws
• Proven ability to design and implement commercial integration frameworks
• Experience with AI-driven strategies to enhance M&A integration efficiency
