Texas Licensed Senior Decision Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Revenue & Reimbursement function, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Decision Support Specialist will lead complex reimbursement analyses, develop automation solutions, and translate reimbursement data into actionable insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage advanced analytics and decision support using institutional data repositories and reporting tools
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses to assess reimbursement performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Design and implement automation solutions for reporting efficiency and develop scalable analytic tools for data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 8 years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, or decision support within a healthcare setting
• Strong experience in healthcare reimbursement analytics and advanced data management skills
• Preferred certifications include RN, RHIA, or relevant healthcare finance certifications
• Experience in automation and dashboard development is a plus
