Texas Licensed Senior Financial Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of the annual operating plan and long-range strategic plan
• Drive the creation of financial reports and dashboards to provide insights to leadership
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, supporting key operational initiatives and performance management

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing FP&A teams
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• MBA and/or certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CGMA preferred
