Texas Licensed Senior Financial Manager

Job Summary

To support financial reporting initiatives, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Senior Financial Manager will prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, manage debt compliance reporting, and collaborate with various departments while working onsite in Richardson, TX, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnote disclosures, and analyze external reporting metrics
• Distribute monthly financial results and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the resolution of complex business issues and assist with accounting for mergers and acquisitions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or related field
• Active CPA license
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ability to interpret complex accounting guidance
• High level of initiative, ownership, and professional judgment
