Texas Licensed Senior HR Analyst

Job Summary

Providing senior-level consultative and functional support for CAPPS HR/Payroll systems, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Senior HR Analyst will lead PeopleSoft Fluid UI upgrades, manage configurations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting over 100 state agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support PeopleSoft Fluid UI upgrades, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Provide Tier 2 production support for complex incidents and manage the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
• Monitor compliance with state and federal HR regulations, including FMLA, and participate in disaster recovery testing

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of knowledge of State of Texas policies and federal labor laws
• 15+ years of technical expertise in PeopleSoft tools (App Designer, Integration Broker, SQL/SQR, BI Publisher)
• 10+ years of Texas public sector experience supporting 30+ agencies
• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (CAPPS HR/PY) and related functionalities
• 3+ years of experience with ITIL principles and practices
