Job Summary

Providing advanced functional support for CAPPS HR/Payroll systems, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior HRIS Analyst will manage system configuration, compliance, integrations, and reporting in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced functional support for CAPPS HR/Payroll modules, including system configuration and compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Develop and maintain queries and manage PeopleSoft lifecycle activities, ensuring adherence to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
  • Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and participate in fiscal year-end activities, leading requirement gathering and system enhancements
Required qualifications
  • 8 years of experience supporting Texas public sector agencies and knowledge of State of Texas HR policies
  • 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR module support and functional project management within CAPPS or similar ERP programs
  • 8 years of knowledge regarding federal labor laws, including FMLA, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance
  • Experience in data integration, data quality, and SDLC methodologies
  • 3 years of experience in mainframe dataset compilation and support for large agency environments
