Job Summary

To support a growing development team, the full-time Senior Java Backend Engineer (DevOps) will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend services, build microservices-based applications, and implement CI/CD pipelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend services
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications and secure REST APIs
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
