Job Summary

To support the development of enterprise-scale agentic AI platforms in a regulated healthcare environment, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Machine Learning Engineer will lead the design and operation of platform capabilities that ensure safe and scalable deployment of autonomous AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and operation of the enterprise agentic AI platform in collaboration with architects and ML engineers
• Build components for interoperability between first-party and third-party AI agents, ensuring compliance with standards and policies
• Establish validation frameworks and operational safeguards to monitor and de-risk AI system behavior in production environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and protocols
• Familiarity with deploying containerized AI platforms in cloud environments using Kubernetes
