Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of medical imaging machine learning models, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build, deploy, and operate imaging models that enhance patient care while working remotely within Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of medical imaging ML models, ensuring ongoing performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate clinical imaging use cases into deployable AI solutions and participate in governance processes
  • Design and execute monitoring strategies to detect and mitigate model degradation due to various factors, ensuring responsible AI practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Physics, Math & Statistics, or a related engineering discipline
  • Five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, data engineering, or software engineering (three years with a Master's degree; one year with a PhD)
  • Proficiency in Python and PyTorch for model training and inference
  • Experience developing and deploying medical imaging ML models in regulated environments
  • Ability to build imaging data pipelines and orchestrate ML workflows using tools like Airflow or Prefect
