Job Summary
To shape the future of clinical AI, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in medical imaging will own the full lifecycle of clinical computer vision models, including defining clinical ML problems, designing and training models, and ensuring ongoing performance in a remote work environment within Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of medical imaging ML models, from problem definition to deployment and maintenance
- Participate in governance and incident review processes, ensuring clear escalation paths and responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate clinical imaging use cases into deployable AI solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Physics, Math & Statistics, or a related engineering discipline
- Five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, data engineering, or software engineering; three years with a Master's degree; one year with a PhD
- Experience developing, deploying, and operating medical imaging ML models in regulated clinical environments
- Deep proficiency in Python and PyTorch for model training and inference
- Ability to build imaging data pipelines and orchestrate ML workflows using tools like Airflow or Prefect
