Job Summary
To support enterprise-wide artificial intelligence initiatives, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Machine Learning Engineer will oversee the end-to-end AI model lifecycle, design CI/CD pipelines, and promote responsible AI practices while working remotely within Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end AI model lifecycles including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production-quality machine learning models
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining, focusing on security and scalability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate models into enterprise systems while delivering training to enhance AI understanding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Five years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering (three years with a Master's, one year with a PhD)
- Experience developing MLOps pipelines for AI models and custom machine learning algorithms
- Hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining machine learning systems in production environments
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
