Job Summary
Leading the design of building systems and equipment, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior MEP Engineer will evaluate energy efficiency, manage complex operational improvement projects, and supervise project team members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead the development of energy conservation and operational improvement projects, coordinating with multiple engineers and developers
- Analyze building systems for load determination, code compliance, and operational improvements using industry-standard calculations and software
- Develop construction project budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's (B.S.) degree in engineering
- 5+ years of experience as a project developer/engineer in designing and developing building systems
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Texas
- Proficiency in mathematical concepts relevant to engineering applications
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and apply them to practical problem-solving
