Job Summary

Leading the design of building systems and equipment, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior MEP Engineer will evaluate energy efficiency, manage complex operational improvement projects, and supervise project team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the development of energy conservation and operational improvement projects, coordinating with multiple engineers and developers
  • Analyze building systems for load determination, code compliance, and operational improvements using industry-standard calculations and software
  • Develop construction project budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's (B.S.) degree in engineering
  • 5+ years of experience as a project developer/engineer in designing and developing building systems
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Texas
  • Proficiency in mathematical concepts relevant to engineering applications
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions and apply them to practical problem-solving
