Job Summary
Managing the performance of a multi-tiered pharmacy contact center operation, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Operations Manager will oversee Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, ensuring compliance, quality, and service levels while driving improvements in efficiency and participant satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician teams to meet service level, quality, and compliance targets
- Oversee workflow management for prescription transfers and escalated inquiries across multiple departments
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, coaching staff and driving process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations management experience in a contact center, pharmacy, or healthcare services environment
- Working knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or retail/mail-order pharmacy operations
- Experience managing performance against service-level agreements and quality/compliance metrics
- Strong understanding of pharmacy licensing requirements and compliance tracking
- Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or BS in Pharmacy preferred
