Texas Licensed Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing the performance of a multi-tiered pharmacy contact center operation, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Operations Manager will oversee Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, ensuring compliance, quality, and service levels while driving improvements in efficiency and participant satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician teams to meet service level, quality, and compliance targets
• Oversee workflow management for prescription transfers and escalated inquiries across multiple departments
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, coaching staff and driving process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in a contact center, pharmacy, or healthcare services environment
• Working knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or retail/mail-order pharmacy operations
• Experience managing performance against service-level agreements and quality/compliance metrics
• Strong understanding of pharmacy licensing requirements and compliance tracking
• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or BS in Pharmacy preferred
