Texas Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach team members on Scrum practices
• Track progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of project management experience; 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments
• Certifications: PMP and/or CSM required (SAFe or PMI-ACP is a plus)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance standards is a plus
