Job Summary

To lead a large, high-visibility Texas education project, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Project Manager will ensure successful project delivery, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development and organizational leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full projects or portfolios, ensuring successful execution across all workstreams and alignment with client goals
• Serve as the primary client relationship manager, leading high-level presentations and identifying opportunities for expanded support
• Supervise and mentor team members, providing performance feedback and contributing to internal initiatives and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Candidates must be located in the state of Texas
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, education, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in education or government projects
• PMP certification is required
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet and demonstrated experience managing project budgets
