Texas Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a portfolio of power delivery projects, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Project Manager will manage project planning, execution, and client relationships while overseeing project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, with the flexibility to work remotely and travel to the Houston, TX area as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the planning and implementation of medium to large power delivery projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Supports business development through project scoping, fee development, and contract negotiations
• Analyzes project performance and manages risks throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power Delivery Industry, with at least 5 years in project management
• Demonstrated success in managing large, multi-discipline projects
• Thorough understanding of various types of power delivery projects, including transmission and distribution
• Strong relationship development and management skills
