Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Review Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the bidding and engagement of commercial and residential appraisal assignments
• Review complex appraisal reports for compliance with professional appraisal standards
• Order and review environmental site assessments and complete appraisal validations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Eight to ten years of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser
• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License in Texas or other applicable state
• MAI or AI-GRS Designation preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial property valuation methodologies
