Job Summary

Leading complex bodily injury auto claims, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Senior Risk Manager will manage pre-litigation disputes and litigated claims while developing cost containment strategies and collaborating with cross-functional partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claims for moderate to complex bodily injury and litigated cases, ensuring effective resolution strategies
• Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with internal/external counsel, third-party administrators, and insurance companies
• Provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies and maintain strong partnerships with business units to prevent claims

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited university
• 7+ years of experience in adjudicating complex, pre-litigated, and litigated bodily injury claims
• 5+ years of experience in transportation claims management, particularly with large auto claim programs
• Active adjuster license
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and claims handling from inception to resolution
