Job Summary

Driving high-impact growth in the Texas territory, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Senior Sales Executive will lead complex sales cycles with small to mid-sized HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractors while mentoring junior sellers and contributing to territory strategy.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute a territory growth plan targeting larger contractor accounts and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders
  • Lead the full sales process from prospecting to closing, managing outbound activity and inbound leads while maintaining an accurate pipeline
  • Mentor Territory Sales Managers, refine go-to-market strategies, and actively contribute to improving sales processes and messaging
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of high-performing B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or SMB technology markets
  • Proven ability to sell in complex environments, such as multi-location or high-ACV deals
  • Deep understanding of the sales process with the ability to tailor consultative approaches to contractor business models
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
