Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk and exposures on high liability and high-risk transactions to determine insurability
• Communicate underwriting solutions to agents, direct offices, and counsel
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rate manuals while managing complex underwriting

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws affecting title insurance and real property
• At least ten years of experience working in the real property field as an attorney
• Ability to fashion creative resolutions to complex issues
• Strong organizational skills and initiative
• Experience in cultivating strong relationships with customers and team members
